A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Ian Corbin at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. The new postdoctoral fellow will investigate a novel biocompatible nanoplatform designed for therapeutic and diagnostic applications in cancer. Primary liver cancer will be the target and emphasis of this work. These studies will employ analytical instrumentation, in vitro and in vivo imaging techniques, cell culture systems and animal models.
A Ph.D. or equivalent is required.
Expertise in Nanotechnology and basic cell culture methods is necessary and experience with animal models and MRI is preferred.
